Translations

Genomic DNAs will contain genes encoding transfer and ribosomal RNAs plus proteins. In this section are websites which will allow the user to find protein-encoding genes in prokaryotes and eukaryotes. A large section is devoted to codon usage and how this might to changes to enhance expression in an alternative host. Links are provided to human, plant and Drosophila genes sequences, in which the submitters have designated the intron and exon sequences and the protein product.
